As Georgia’s first private practice management group established in 1995, The Physicians Spine and Rehabilitation Specialists provides innovative, effective and comprehensive treatment of pain with special emphasis on spinal pain and care of the injured worker. Our founding partners Dr. Charles MacNeill, Dr. Randy Rizor, and Dr. John Porter each paved the way in the advancement of conservative pain medicine.
