Dr. Keith C. Raziano is the CEO and Managing Director of Physicians Spine & Rehabilitation Specialists, with over 18 years of medical experience. Based in Sandy Springs and Stockbridge, he holds degrees from the University of Miami and completed his residency at Emory University Hospital, where he was Chief Resident and Clinical Instructor. Board-certified in Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Pain Medicine, Dr. Raziano is a national instructor, consultant, and lecturer.
He has contributed to organizations like Medtronic and the Special Olympics, published numerous studies, and served as a Contributing Editor for Harvard Medical School's Rehab in Review.
Randy F. Rizor MD
Dr. Randy F. Rizor is a founding partner of The Physicians Spine & Rehabilitation Specialists, practicing in Sandy Springs and Stockbridge. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Bates College, he earned his M.D. from the University of Toledo School of Medicine and completed an Anesthesiology residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management, he is recognized as a top doctor by Atlanta Magazine and US News.
He serves on various medical boards and is a Colonel in the US Army Reserve, having served in Kosovo and Iraq. In 2018, he received the Jack A. Raines, MD Humanitarian Award.
Darrell N Simone MD
Dr. Darrell N Simone practices at the Sandy Springs office and is board certified in Anesthesiology with a subspecialty in Pain Medicine. He holds a Chemistry and Biology degree from Indiana University, a medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio, and completed his fellowship in Pain Management at West Virginia University Hospitals.
Dr. Simone has served on the faculties of Case Western Reserve, West Virginia University, and Emory University Schools of Medicine.

Stephanie Polsinelli Powers is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 12 years of experience in orthopedic spine surgery. Previously, she practiced internal medicine in Lawrenceville. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Miami University and a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical College of Georgia.
