Stephanie Polsinelli Powers is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She joins our practice after spending the past 12 years at an Orthopedic practice specializing in orthopedic spine surgery. She treated patients both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Prior to that she spent one year practicing internal medicine in the Lawrenceville area. She grew up in the Ann Arbor area of Michigan. She attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Bachelor of Science and a focus in Exercise Science. While attending Miami University she completed multiple internships focusing on children’s obesity.
After completing her Bachelor’s degree, she moved to Augusta, Georgia to attend Medical College of Georgia and complete her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and received acceptance into the Pi Alpha Physician Assistant Fraternity. While completing her studies in Augusta, Georgia she was fortunate to have the opportunity to provide care to the underserved areas. She also has had the privilege of providing care abroad and completed a medical rotation in Ecuador and mission trip in Nicaragua.
Stephanie believes in providing the utmost care to her patients and believes you treat the whole patient. She is excited to build and continue relationships with her patients.
